About

HighThrive Foundation offers a practical and personalized approach to behavioral health that centers around the concept of well-being.  It is a convenient and time-saving way for individuals to understand what concerns them and holds them back in several important domains of daily living.  HTF uses a scientifically validated method, the "Well-Being Inventory" (WBI), that measures well-being in practical areas: vocation, finances, physical and mental health, and social relationships.  This sets the stage for concrete actions to improve one's well-being in daily living.  The WBI's focus is on measures that identify modifiable and actionable aspects of an individual's day-to-day life circumstances that lend themselves to connect with targeted programs, services, and supports (e.g., employment services, financial assistance, health promotion, social support services).

The WBI provides individuals with a snapshot assessment of their well-being within the four key areas mentioned above.  The report gives an individual quantitative scores and a clear explanation to identify and understand which aspects of their life reinforce and improve their desired well-being, and which aspects appear counter-productive.  Additionally, WBI participants immediately receive information and recommended resources to connect them to programs, services, and supports to take their next steps toward improved well-being.

HTF Vision: Empower individuals to understand, achieve, and maintain their personal well-being and improve their lives.

HTF Mission: Leverage cutting-edge technology to help individuals measure, improve, manage, and maintain their personal well-being.

HTF Purpose: Provide immediate and relevant tools, information, and resources for helping individuals manage their behavioral and physical health, finances, school or work, and relationships, impacting their overall well-being.
