Dr. Zhensen Huang brings executive leadership and technology acumen to the HTF Board of Directors. Motivated by his passion in advancing technology for better health and better life, Dr. Huang has supported the public health mission for over 15 years. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Precise Software Solutions, Inc. (Precise), Dr. Huang has created a vibrant and innovative work environment that has led the technology company on a path of exponential growth since 2013. In 2019, SBA named Dr. Huang Small Business Person of the Year for the State of Maryland and Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship named Precise US Senate Small Business of the Week.
Prior to founding Precise, Dr. Huang served in a variety of technical and management roles, successfully delivering large scale, innovative information technology solutions. He holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where he has also taught several graduate level classes in corporate information strategy and project management operations.
